The Free Business Tier operates on a revenue share model:

- Monthly Fee: $0
- Revenue Share: 15% of sales processed through the platform
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with no penalty
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities
5. Payment Terms
Revenue share payments are calculated based on completed transactions processed through the UPIP platform. Payments to UPIP are automatically deducted from transaction proceeds before funds are deposited to your account.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and the data of your customers.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
The UPIP platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by UPIP Technologies. You retain ownership of your business data and content.
9. Limitation of Liability
UPIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and you will be responsible for any outstanding revenue share payments.
